Shipping Policy

Every Order is Freshly Roasted to Order

At Infusion Coffee Co., every bag of coffee is custom-roasted after your order is placed. This means your coffee arrives at peak freshness — and that process takes a little time. We believe it's worth the wait.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and roasted every business day. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be roasted, packaged, and shipped.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is generally 3–10 business days.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on what is best for your specific order.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is not available. Because every order is freshly roasted to order, the total delivery time depends as much on the roasting process as on shipping speed.

Order Changes

Because processing begins immediately after your order is placed, changes must be requested as soon as possible. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be modified. Please contact us right away if you need to make a change.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
